This can also be a great time for you to take creatine. I don’t use creatine all year round, but I do when I’m in these volume building periods. It is a great supplement for helping put on some mass while keeping yourself on a low calorie diet plan. It will also give your exercise an added boost.
Step 3: Decrease water retention.
I say water retention but fundamentally, I am talking about the sodium levels resulting from your subcutaneous fluid (water below your skin).
